I a a young man who is a medic in the army. I am looking to get involved in investing in real estate. I recently got married and am expecting a baby so I decided to get off my ass and start investing to provide for a better life for my wife and child. I have my network marketing business that I am starting up so I tend to stay a little busy, which is how I like it

Currently working on Tax Leins in Florida with hopes of moving to more valuable areas of the state within the next few years

Real Estate Goals

1. Purchase 5 tax leins by end of May 2008
2. Purchase Personal residence for self and family
3. Purchase first rental property by end of 2008
4. Purchase first 5+ unit property by end of 2009
5. Purchase first 20+ unit property by end of 2010
6. Retire from normal day job by end of 2013
