Iam a New york RE Investor in Westchester and Putnam Valley area looking to network and learn every aspect of the real estate business. I have been working had since january to get my first deal but with hard work and know how everything is possible with the right help. I have been to many seminars and have taken the carlton sheet course as well and have been working hard to getting my feet wet buy doing all the leg work

Real Estate Experience

Iam new to realestate business and have taking the Carlton Sheet Course, going to seminars and buying books for the past year and doing my research and leg work with agent and property owners on some property just to find my niche as a wholsaler

Real Estate Goals

For 2010 my plans is to do 15 wholesale deal and to flip an hold about 5-10 propertiesfor passive income an to give my kids and grandkids financual freedom

Currently Seeking

Investors looking to buy property in New York and Connecticut area that are below market value, and funding for rehab with a 10-15% ROI
