My name is Eric and I'm a senior at Indiana University studying finance and real estate. Loving every minute of it and excited to go back home to Chicago and dive right in to REI by doing wholesale deals and flipping houses! Real Estate Goals

My goal for 2010 is to wholesale 10 properties starting when I graduate in mid May. For 2011, I would like to be doing 3 wholesale deals a month and also rehab 2-4 houses and flip to end buyers throughout the year when I find deals I can't resist. This may be a lot for a complete newbie starting off, but if I'm going to be in this business I want to do it right and do it big, right off the bat. Depending on my success, I will also invest in a couple of buy & holds over the new few years to start building my retirement fund ;)
