Spent 22 years in Army as a helicopter pilot. Have owned and operated several small businesses since. Have done a lot of rehabs, fix & flips and fix & hold. I am now concentrating on wholesaleing and am looking to become well-connected with action oriented investors & groups.

Began investing in real estate as a part-time sideline to my primary job back in the seventies. Have completed numerous flips and rehabs. Have been a landlord with several commercial & residential rental properties for over 20 years. Owned and operated commercial construction business for 7 years.

Currently Seeking

Commercial, muli-family and high-end residential (mansions). Prefer properties that are not listed and provide opportunity for up-swing with infusion of capital. Looking for residential properties that have extraordinary appeal, such as waterfront, beachfront and in pristine condition.
