I am Founder and CEO of Lighthouse Consulting and Co. formerly IHQ Holdings, inc. a Real Estate Investment, Development and Management Company serving the Philadelphia area and surrounding counties. We provide wholesale real estate services to Real Estate Investors. We also provide acquisition consulting services. In 2008 we assisted over ten Investors in aqcuiring and rehabbing their Investment secured by Real Estate.

All Lighthouse Consulting and Co. construction and management services are performed by its subsidiary Heavy Hammer Construction, LLC. specializing in Demolition and Concrete Construction. We also offer Clean-out services, Light-Med Hauling (up to 1.5 tons), board up services for vacant properties and General Contracting Services.
