I am learning to invest in Real Estate.
My initial goal is to start wholesaling properties to investors or other wholesalers.
Experience
I do not have any deals under my belt. I am educating myself through some courses that I bought from internet and also through BiggerPockets.com and other REI websites. I am currently looking for investors who can mentor me.
Real Estate Goals
My goal is to start out as a wholesalers and as i gather experiences and finances, would like to eventually own several multi-family properties and create passive income of $10,000 per month.
Currently Seeking
Wholesale properties around Philadelphia metro area. Also seeking local investors to network and/or be a mentor.
