I worked doing Maintenance/Property Management for a 65 unit apartment complex in high school and part of college. I bought my first house in July 2009. I have been doing work on it in my spare time and increasing the equity.

I would like to start by doing a couple fix and flips to build some cash reserves. Long term I want to buy and hold to build wealth.

Right now I am looking into starting out with REOs.
