Have been focusing on gaining knowledge and education over the last several years. Have done a couple deals with REO's. Currently looking for seller finance deals to buy and hold. Also providing turnkey investment properties to buyers looking to hold SFH's with great cash flow.

Real Estate Goals

Provide turn-key rental properties for those who don't have the experience, knowledge or time to find, negotiate and set up the investments. Also provide great deals on properties for first time home buyers. Buy and hold for long-term portfolio. Long-term goal of holding at least 200 units, especially as I move into multi-family and commercial. Long Long-term goal of at least 500 units.

Cash buyers for turnkey rentals. I have turnkey properties available! Typical numbers $40-$50k purchase price, $700-$750/month rent. Great cash flow!

Also seeking bank owned properties in several markets across the U.S., as well as seller financed properties. Will look at single family homes for flips, and mostly 2 units and up for seller finance or other holds. Also will look at mobile home parks, etc.
