David has experience owning and managing: houses, condos, condo-conversion, apartments, mixed-use, office, medical office, strip centers, big box retail, and land. David owns a production home building company in Dallas-Fort Worth TX and a nationwide commercial property management and syndication company.

Real Estate Goals

We are expanding our commercial property management company through the purchase of NNN leased properties in primary and secondary MSAs in the United States. We are expanding our relationships with accredited investors who would benefit from passive cash flow through NNN leased syndications (group investments).

Currently Seeking

I am seeking: (1) accredited investors for NNN lease syndications,(2) investors who buy turnkey rental houses in Dallas - Texas, (3) NNN lease commercial properties where the seller will take part of their equity in cash and part in the form of rental houses in Dallas, TX or existing notes. We will look at any national credit tenant especially Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreens, Family Dollar, Dollar General, and GSA leased properties.
