My name is Sean Edgar, and my business partner and I, Charles Knighton II, are real estate investors in the Tampa Bay area. We primarily focus on pre-list REO's, REO's, pre-foreclosures, and short sales, and are looking to meet, network, and collaborate with other area investors who are looking to take advantage of what the current real estate market has to offer.

Our motto is "buy low, sell low" that way there is plenty of money left on the table for everyone to make a profit. WE ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF MAKING A PROFIT! However, we are not greedy as some investors can be. We want to deal in volume and build a reputation for offering our business associates great deals on property that everyone can prosper from.
