I have been a Loan Officer for the past 7 years. Currently I'm working as a facilitator for Investors with $5 Million to invest in Bulk REO's. I have direct access to Bulk REO's. We've been able to establish a close relationship with bank asset managers and are able to pick an choose the best properties available on REO tapes.

Buy and Flip 10 REO properties by the end of the year.

Investors and investment groups with a Minimum of $5Million who want to invest in Bulk REO's. Properties are bought at 25-50% of it's current value. Also, ALL CASH BUYERS looking for a great deal on REO's!!
