My company, Fastrack Industries, LLC is a real estate investment company that acquires undervalued residential real estate from banks and private sellers for the purpose of generating resale profits. We specialize in onsie, twosies and have a growing portfolio of end buyers that are seeking the same.

Experience

Worked with CA RE Broker/Investor, for past 4 years as Administrator of his RE and Escrow offices. Also, the past 6 months I have been working with (2) RE Investment Groups involved in Bulk REO purchases.

Real Estate Goals

Fastrack Industries LLC, will be a beacon of light for many responsible working individuals/families who have and continue to play by the rules, but have been shut-out of homeownership. As our company grows, so does our vision grow. We ultimately want to pass on a portion of the savings from buying property wholesale to those interested in homeownership (owner occupied). Whenever possible we will donate properties to charities (got the idea from biggerpockets). In some small way this will be my contributing in stimulating our economy. But that's how we all can help rebuilding our economy, one person, one business, on house at a time.
