Had a rental years ago, bought some property and had a house built on it to sell(a few years ago and alot of stress), and have our first fix and flip on the market now.

Real Estate Goals

I would like to do 6+ fix and flips in the next year and also get a few buy and holds with $300+ a month positive cashflow.

Currently Seeking

A retail buyer for my flip, ha ha, that is definitely something I am seeking. But I am looking to meet up with some local active investors to find out what they have going on and what they think is what best works in Charlotte at this time.
