I , together with my family, have been investing full time in real estate since 1981. I have authored, "18% Profit Your Florida Guide to Tax Certificate Investing", "Deed Profits Today Your Guide to Florida Tax Deed Investing", "Florida Foreclosures Need To Know But NO ONE Tells". We have aquired properties from tax deed auctions, tax certificate sales, bankruptcy sales, foreclosure sales, distressed property owners, lender auctions, Federal, state and local gov auctions and I have had an instrumental role in the acquisition of over 2000 properties by supplying due diligence research.
In 2002 I realized that many people, including myself, were paying incredible sums of money to obtain quiet title actions for those properties obtained at tax deed auctions. So over a two month trial, error and research quest I acquired the knowledge to draft and successfully complete the quiet title actions without the use of an attorney. With this knowledge I have successfully quieted title to hundreds of properties. This lead to the creation of Draft-It-Right LLC to work as a liason between attorney and investor to expedite the process so as to have the quickest and cheapest turn around possible for obtaining judgments. Since creation of the company my services have been used to obtain judgments for hundreds of investor properties.
Years of Florida real estate investing has given me insights into the intricacies of this investment. The instructions, tips, and strategies I wish to share will shed light on many of the over-exaggerations commonly relied upon by new investors, who later find their education to be lacking.
My hobbies include: reading about real estate, studying real estate, acquisition of real estate, selling real estate and I occassionally go fishing where I sit and think about real estate. Oh and did I mention I work from home so I can play with my child and teach her about real estate.
