I have been a real estate investor for over 20 years in several states. I am a full time investor/developer located in Chattanooga TN. I own over 40 properties and together with my interest in a property management company, manage and maintain over 400 properties. I have developed multi-unit as well as multi-use properties in California as well as in Chattanooga. I enjoy real estate and am involved in varoius factions of the business including private financing, note buying/selling/creating, lease2own, owner financing, flipping both wholesale and retail and long term hold. I associate with a very inivative group of like-minded real estate professionals and consider myself a successful real estate professional too.
