I started investing in '95 in Orlando, and just recently left a RE Development firm in the desert. I'm looking to buy apartment buildings from 20-150 units in various markets in the U.S., such as Austin, San Antonio, Nashville, and Provo.
I'd love to help any beginners and would like to have help from seasoned investors as well! Nobody knows it all, and we all get a chance to learn from everyone - IF we're open to it... and I certainly am!
If you know of a property in these areas (or any others that have good growth nearby) feel free to send me a note. I'm always interested in hearing about deals!
