Experience

I basically like to rehab and have flipped many residential properties. I currently am doing a new construction project which is definitely exciting.

I also have experience doing shortsales althought it's not my favorite pass time... ;-)

Real Estate Goals

My goals are to continue to build my real estate network, wholesale properties and rehab houses.

My desire is to build wealth so I can be more active volunteering as oppose to reporting to work every day!
