I am a hardworking and fun loving type of person. I truly enjoy real estate, entrepreneurship, golf, the NC State Wolfpack, and anything in or around the beach. I am currently running a non real estate related company that I started in 2009, but am working hard to move back into the game!

Experience

After getting fired as a server in 2004, I cold called real estate developers in Raleigh NC. I got a hit on one and worked on land assemblages, entitlements, acquisitions, etc. with them until 2008. Learned a lot about options, working with planning councils, entities, due diligence, and land assemblages. I worked on a 2000 acre mixed use project, put together a 1 acre assemblage near downtown Raleigh and resold to another developer, and found a SFR home which we expanded and resold. I also managed a small apartment complex and SFR home on a parcel. This is where I learned that you can make lots of money in real estate using very little of your own. After moving back to Charlotte in 2008, I worked for a homebuilder to learn more about the construction side of things. I learned a tremendous amount about construction and now have a great grasp on the components and costs of a home! I currently own 1 rental home in Charlotte, NC.

Real Estate Goals

To work full time in real estate. Rehab for short term cashflow and use that money to buy and hold long term. Also very interested in developing and building small infill residential projects.
