focus is on wholesaling properties in the chicago area and NW Indiana with the south side of Chicago as my current primary target area. started a little over a year ago; part-owner/prop. manager of a 4 unit. Looking to network with more investors especially those who buy in the city of Chicago.
Experience
Have one deal under my belt so far: wholesaled a 4unit with store front from a tired landlord. Also have my RE License and work pt as a broker with Keller Williams.
Real Estate Goals
Become a proficient wholesaler/flipper and graduate to buying/selling notes.
Currently Seeking
any JV opportunities but currently place top priority on finding great deals and a successful wholesaler/flipper as a mentor/coach.
