In my own words...

My name is J.Lamar Ferren and I'm a New Breed Real Estate Investor, residing in the state of Virginia. No matter what the market is like, you'll always find me helping others buy, sell, and invest in real estate. I always try to surround myself with success minded individuals. People who think positive and don't let negativity get in their way.

I typically invest in Real Estate nationwide. While many may not be comfortable with this approach, or approve of it, I've been taught by my Mentors to be an Equal Opportunity Investor that knocks down deals anytime and anywhere!

Overall, I desire to become an individual that empowers others into achieving their goals and dreams, no matter what they are.I constantly seek ways to improve my own interpersonal skills, just to relate with new people and new ideas. I believe by building a strong Network of Like Minded Individuals, I'll be able to help others move forward in their Real Estate/Business Careers and I'll get the same in return.

Real Estate Experience

I've been investing in Real Estate for about 5 years now. In the beginning I had alot of problems because I was so caught up in trying to get everything right and have everything in place. I was a victim of "Paralysis of Analysis"...meaning I would analyze everything I learned and take no action.

However, once I realized that knowing how to invest in real estate was only half the battle, and actually getting out there and doing deals was the other half...that is where I was able to gain experience and actually do deals.

I invest in different states and use methods such as wholesaling, lease options, and shortsale investing...along with the power of the internet to run my business successfully. Thinking & Living outside the box combined with an ever growing understanding of direct response marketing has allowed me to take it to the next level.

Real Estate Goals

My goals are to continue investing in real estate using the most creative and "outside the box" strategies.

I want to start investing locally, give back to my community, and be a recognized entrepreneur that can help others take their business to the next level.

My main goal is to help others reach success. I want to partner with the go getters who want to make it happen in life and will do whatever it takes.

My motivation for reaching these goals are my Family. They are the reason I do what I do!

Currently Seeking

I'm currently seeking like minded individuals who understand that Action speaks louder than words and who will do whatever it takes to make their goals come true.

I'm looking for those that are sick and tired of being sick and tired and want to see a significant change in their life.

I'm not seeking any whiners, complainers, or people who blame others for their mistakes and failures.

As for real estate deals, I'm currently looking for luxury shortsale homes that are $200-300,000 above the median price range. I can do up to 65 million, The lowest I will go is $300,000 at this time. (ok..unless it's a really really good deal) I'd like to stay local and invest in virginia, but again if the deal is really good, then any state will do.
