I have an office building and am now looking for land banking opportunities. Small mobile home parks or mobile homes on acreage.

Owned and flipped a few properties over the past 20 years, but starting in the past year am beginning to build a portfolio.

1/1/2009--$250K in new RE equity/profit in 2009.
Updated 8/2009--updating goal to $500K new equity this year.
