I am a career entrepreneur and own a 20 year old IT services company that has appeared on the Inc. 5000 for the past 4 years.

In early 2009 I began to get serious about real estate investing. I have an office building and a growing number of rental homes.

Experience

I've owned and flipped a few properties over the past 20 years, but starting in 2009 I've started to build a portfolio. In 2009 and 2010 I acquired some single family homes, but also have experience in office.

Real Estate Goals

For 2011--create more value from REI than from my IT companies.

Currently Seeking

Distressed class C apartments in the DFW area. 50-130 units.

A small (10-20K SF) office building in a great Dallas location

	Hey Jon, I was wondering when the next meet-up in Dallas is going to be? Really looking forward to networking with some REI's, and I know alot of guys at my company would be interested as well as some our list of investors we could send it out to.
