Worked 27 yrs as property mgr and as a social worker. Now I want to fix multi-family hse's and then rent to own to a tenant or sell. I'm going to do so full time . I spend time in seminars, hours in webinars, spend moneys in dvb-cd-tapes bootcamps. Education is important but implementation is priceless. I'm not pounding the table in frustration because I found Bigger Pockets and there are answers here that guru's don't disclose.
l've learn alot from my mistakes but I enjoy the end of a project. From roof, to in-between, to its foundation. It's a good exercise and a wonderful plus to always do something for some one else.

Experience

Now. I've worked over 27 years as a superintendent (one site), property mgr., part-time, (Sat.,Sun.,and hoildays; fulltime) . My day job was a social worker who was dependable, honest, loved, and good things, plus a team player . This is a VERY different planet we are in today. I want to fix multi-family house(s)- and then rent to own tenant or sale. I'm going to do so full time. l've learn allot from my mistakes and I enjoy the end of a project; from roof, to in-between, to its foundation. l've experience that it's a good exercise and a wonderful plus to always do something, to help others. The opportunity to pursue this approach is so important NOW in 2008. It's not a stable time for housing but a little help can embrace a family for a better tomorrow

plus, they have family-friends and I do
like repairs. I get inspired thinking of the
HOUSING & PEOPLE - together / \ world.
I want to Buy-Sell, obtain funds, & help
our chosen profession to help others.

Currently Seeking

Action in all levels of real estate. To flip
is better then the gym. One should keep
something to work on. Put into it an hour or help a roof person. I seek to keep that
frame of mind; so funds, tenants, my good investors I will be seeking. Action
in all levels of a property is my JOB- buy, clean, repair, sell, learn, stay motivated,
