I am a poorly educated bilingual (spanish, speak, read and write) okie (oklahoma native) that boasts a 7th grade education and a keen desire to learn successful practices then emulate them until I too, am successful.
I am married with 2 children. I base myself in Ardmore, OK.
I spend about 4 months out of the year in Mexico, 1 month in Panama and the rest back home fishing and trying to raise my children the "right" way.
I have no problem risking my own capital in something I truly understand and believe in. On the other hand I am extremely sketchy about investing other people's money. I think it's mostly an age and education complex, but I'm working on that now.
Mexican Ejido Property, mentored by my father since '93. He invested in his first ejido property three months after the president of mexico made the process possible. His first deal was a 15,000 us strip of beach on the Pacific Coast of Mexico near Ixtapa in troncones. 3 months after purchasing the property, it was converted to private property and sold for $385,000 us. The rest is history!
Fixing up near condemned homes with my family and local contractors since I was 12.
Had a break for a little while, went wild, came back to reality and here I am once again.
