Since graduating college, I have been a lender in various capacities. I started out doing stated income, stated asset small commercial loans. When that dried up, I did FHA and conventional residential loans. I am now doing loss mitigation as an asset manager. I have always had a passion for Real Estate, and have wanted to ultimately get into investing. I recently began an LLC with a Real Estate Agent, and we decided to start doing deals together. We are currently in the beginning stages of the game, with the goal of doing small deals one at a time. There is a ton to learn, and I love it.
Most of my real estate experience has been in originations, both commercial and residential.
Long term, my real estate investments will be my primary source of income.
Short term, I am in the capital building stages, and hope to get going doing wholesale deals in the next couple of months.
I am currently seeking to build my network of investors and produce effective marketing strategies to attract sellers.
