In my own words...

Joseph Bianchi has been a General Contractor for over 11 Years. His experience has been mainly rehab of Government buildings and private commercial work. Joe started the business when he was 18 and has worked hard at building it ever since.

In 2003 Joe started investing in Real Estate part time. This included buying properties to rehab and sell on the retail market. He has taken this business and focused on making it very successful. Currently Refined Properties operates in two states and buys approximately five properties a week. Joe has also purchased several businesses which operate in Illinois and Indiana adding to his investment portfolio. Joe has been a featured speaker at several Real Estate Investment clubs, as well as a Presenter at the 2006 College of Real Estate Investor Knowledge. Joe currently serves the South Suburban Real Estate Investors, as Vice President.
