Wholesale Real Estate or Car deals within Dallas / Ft Worth.

SFR deals below $200k ARV, preferably sub $101k ARV.

2-4 unit properties, tired/retiring landlord deals, etc.

May consider small industrial (warehouse, car lots, automotive related) properties.

I will also make a cash offer on just about any car, truck, SUV, or motorcycle.
