I have been an Associate Broker since 2005, licensed in NYS. I love real estate and now I want to transition our family to AZ within the next 18 months or so, using my real estate and investing skills. I have lots of friends on the west coast and honestly, I'm just tired of the high taxes in NY and the many, many regulations.
Its time to see more of the country and let my kids experience new and different areas.

Associate Broker since 2005; successfully researched, bought, rehabbed and rented 2 properties.
Real Estate Goals
Our strategy at this time is buy and hold. Would like to acquire 1-2 more properties this year and more in 2012.
Currently Seeking
A way to get to AZ!!!
Trying to develop a game plan, logistically and monetarily, to move our family of five to Phoenix by mid 2013.
