I love to play tennis, the guitar/drums/saxophone, and love to draw. I teach tennis as a profession and have played at a high level (college D1 and semi-professional tournaments (minors). I am a brand new unlce as of yesturday Feb. 1, 2009. I am a movie buff, and love to cook! I also enjoy reading and everything to do with finance.

Experience

I am relatively new, but have experience with dealing with notes, and have experience in dealing other real estate type transactions. Close friends of mine own a real estate investment company and have allowed me to be parts of transactions. I currently am on a mission to invest in actual properties myself through wholesaling, buy/hold, creative financing strategies strategies. However, my niche is in buying/selling private loans, or "notes"

Real Estate Goals

My real estate goals are simple. I want to create a $10 million+ portfolio within ten years (at least 1, $250,000 property/year) and within those ten years, build a cash flow of at least 30-50k per month.

With my note business I hope to bring in another 10-50k/ mon in business, for the short term

Currently Seeking

I am currently seeking to network my business to other investors, real estate attorney's, CPAs, Title & Escrow Companies, Builders, and other people that come across private loans, or create private loans, and show them how they can cash out of investments to free funds for future purchases, but how using our services can be very valuable to them. I'd like to create a network of 15-30 organizations or people that will refer 5-10 closed note deals per year.

Lastly, I am currently seeking investors to add to a "VIP Circle of Influence" where I can ask advice, refer deals too, and share experiences. If you would like to be on my list, just contact me and we can swap information.
