I have been married to my wonderful wife for 17 years and we have 3 kids. I enjoy watching my kids activities. I love real estate investing, bowling, poker, and watching sports.
Experience
I started doing real estate in 2000. My first few houses were purchased with 10% down and minor repairs. From 2003 until 2006 I bought forclosed properties and rehabed them. I have been a landlord for 10 years.
Real Estate Goals
I want to have all of my propertis paid for within the next 10 years. I would like to have Key Rental Ads.com as the #1 rental website on the internet.
