I work with property owners to manage all aspects of their property maintenance needs, in addition to tenant relations, rent collections, evictions, occupancy inspections and repairs, etc.

I also perform complete tenant make-readies, rehabs, clean-outs, remodeling, condo conversion project management and provide house sitting services to principals while they are away on extended leave.

Experience

I work with various investors to maintain their properties professionally. I have managed maintenance on up to 250 multi-site units concurrently.

I currently have funds available for investing and I am interested in foreclosures, fixer-uppers and rentals....multi-family only.

Hey Keith, Hope all is well. I attempted to hit you back but kinda commented to myself! Not the Techie, sorry. I am doing everything in my power to network with folks. I am a developer of a great urbanization project in Chiriqui Panama. The Province of Chiriqui is located on the Western and Southern end of Panama, it borders Costa Rica on the Pacific Ocean. Just trying to do what I can for exposure and of course open to new ways of doing business. I have some amazing incentives now for buyers, investors and brokers.
