I'm new to real estate investing and am very interested in probate investing in particular. I can see that there is limited competition and more than enough leads to concentrate on. I would sure like to network with anyone in South Florida, mainly Broward County, to learn more and hopefully make some deals happen in the very near future.

Experience

Am new to Real estate Investing. I have been following the market for some time and feel that now is the time to jump in and take advantage of the current market conditions.

Real Estate Goals

Starting by wholesaling some deals, either through the probate process or other available avenues. I would like to then get into fix & flips, as I have construction experience and contacts. The possibility is there to acquire long term hold properties for income, but that would be very selective.

Currently Seeking

I am currently working the probate scene. Am also looking at motivated sellers who might have 70-100% equity and are looking to cash out. Also am strongly looking at neighborhoods that benefited from the Neighborhood Stabilization Project, because there are a lot of fix & flip deals in those neighborhoods.
