I am a full time real estate investor. Real Estate is my life and has been for the last 12 years. Currently investing in Washington, Indiana, and Tennessee markets purchasing properties for rehab and portfolio. I have been in the contruction industry for years as well as a licensed Real Estate agent.

Experience

Beginning in the contruction industry and working through my apprenticeship the foundation for a life long passion of Real Estate was already in full swing.
Our company began in 1996 while working as a full time Real Estate agent. Our first home was purchased and we haven't looked back since.
Over the years we have built spec homes, bought and sold rehab properties, and bought and held for the long term. Many transactions later we still focus on our system as it has proven to be successful time and time again.

Our Goals our relatively simple during every transaction make sure everyone wins. We strive help others along the way as much as possible. As our company grows it is no doubt to assist others on a larger scale and educate them to obtain their own Real Estate.

Currently Seeking

We are aggressively seeking private money investors and or funding to complete our well rounded portfolio.
Currently we are rehabbing 5 homes of our own and financing one property a month for our own portfolio.
