In my own words...

Currently interested in purchasing more REO's, perhaps in bulk sales, and also in learning more about lease options.

I have done a number of refis, flips for cash, I have had a few rentals. I just did my first REO purchase in October and results look promising.

In addition to investing in property, I own a remodeling company. This lends business experience and a lot of experience looking at houses.

For fun = fly fishing and motorcycling, also great food.

Real Estate Experience

I started with refinancing equity to get into a few fix and flips for cash in 2000.

I then purchased 2 rental properties to hold. I still own these 2 properties.

Recently I purchased a prop in REO which I repaired. I have this property listed for sale. Meanwhile I have it rented with fantastic cash flow. .

Real Estate Goals

My immediate personal RE goal is to sell the REO to get into more of the same, or to get into some lease option deals.

In the next 2-3 years I would like to get out of landlording by purchasing some commercial or mixed use property for which I can hire managers.

I am interested in reaching outside of my current location, perhaps up or down the East Coast.

I am very interested in forming an investment team to achieve these goals.

All of this can coordinate nicely with my remodeling and building experience, and the team I have there.
