I am 34 years old I own The Gourmet chef of Atlanta and I use the money from it to invest in real estate and have done a few joint ventures.
Now is the time when real investors get rich!

Been an investor of many types and now I am getting back into rehabbing. I have been investing since 1996 in Jacksonville Florida and Atlanta Ga.
Real Estate Goals
I want to finish several of my ongoing projects.
1. I want to buy some hotels in foreclosure and reopen them.
2. Want to buy some hoses while they are cheap to lease back to the current tenants and hold the notes.
