Hi, I'm Thahawam Chaashab the general manager of Savvy Investment LLC. I've been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years. As the general manager for operations, my overall focus is to ensure that our suite of procurement and administrative services are clearly communicated in the market place. We want to provide our real estate investors and real estate professionals with quality services at an affordable price. In addition we offer management, marketing and sales services to our B2B and B2C clients, thus easing their real estate burdens.

Experience

I was first introduced to the rehab process in the late 80's (clean up, drywall and painting ) while in Brooklyn NY. I was reintroduced to real estate again in the mid 1990's when my mother purchased a few multi-family homes in Hartford CT. This prompted my exposure to budgeting, gutting, rehabbing, qualifying contractors and property management.

In 2005 Savvy Investment LLC was launched with a focus on the growing preforeclosures market. The Savvy Investment team has done a large number of bank negotiations from Massachusetts to Florida. In that time I have personally done creative financing, oversaw renovations, property stagings, and marketing. Since my intro to "the business" in the late 80's, I have accumulated twenty years of experience in real estate. The last six of which were intensely involved in shortsales, rehabbing, buy and hold, free and clear and "subject to" transactions.

Savvy Investment LLC will continue to provide B2C clients with services in preforeclosure and loss mitigation. The B2B services would provide investors and other real estate professional with quality procurement, management and marketing services.

Each real estate scenario is evaluated and structured to create a win win solution for all parties involved. We also service and partner with other real estate professionals that are seeking wholesale, cash flow and subject to opportunities along the Eastern United States (Massachusetts to Florida). We offer services primarily along the east coast, however our procurement, marketing and funding services are not market specific . Our services includes a suite of investor support services, deal structuring, transactional funding, management, renovations, marketing and sales.


Real Estate Goals

Our primary goal is to be a leading provider of procurement, management and marketing services to real estate investors. In addition we will continue to offer business to consumer (B2C) services to distressed homeowners, with a focus on loss mitigation, preforeclosure and property marketing.

Ideally we want our investor and consumer clients to remember our slogan; “Lets Savvy Help”, whenever they approach a real estate deal and are seeking administrative, procurement or marketing assistance. Our admininistrative team will provide service by helping investors passively and actively turn brick and mortar into dollars. While for our consumer clients, work diligenty with them to turn a bad property scenario into peace of mind.


Currently Seeking

We are seeking green real estate investors as clients to help support their budding real estate careers. We are also seeking seasoned investors as JV partners. We currently evaluate 100's of scenarios on a daily basis for residential and commercial properties
