Matt’s unique ability is sniffing out deals that are rarely found by others, going beyond the normal channels and approaches to deal attracting. Matt’s years of project and property management experience guides Live Oak to hit the necessary goals and milestones we’ve set for our assets and our companies instituting necessary processes, programs, and systems along the way. A former White House communications staffer, Matt understands the importance of relationship building and effective communications critical to all Live Oak transactions. A seasoned investor with his own personal portfolio of commercial properties, Matt also coaches new and experienced investors for a nationally-acclaimed real estate education company mentoring their best students from around the country.
