I am an Englishman living in the Canary Islands Spain. I have previously invested in London and Spanish real estate markets. I am currently looking for a mentor to help me invest in America. I would like to hear from anyone with experience, time and enthusiasm for investing in real estate. I am seeking to acquire cashflowing properties that I can creatively finance and build a portfolio over the next 5-7 years.

Began investing in London England 1994 full time 1998. Bought, creatively financed, built, sold, rented, managed real estate in London predominately.
Real Estate Goals
To grow and learn. To build a portfolio of real estate within the next 5 years that are cash flowing units.
Currently Seeking
A mentor with patience and experience to guide me through the unchartered waters of the US market.
