I'm just trying to take advantage of the great RE deals that are all around me. I built custom homes for 10 years so I have home improvment skills to do my own repairs and upkeep.

Real Estate Experience

I own 2 properties now. My home and 1 rental. Have owned 5 rentals in the 80's and got out. With Real Estate finally getting reasonable, I'm getting back in.

Real Estate Goals

I want to add to my rentals. If I get a great deal I might flip. I have extensive construction experience so I do all my own repairs. My main mortgage company has quit lending so I'm considering private money or a partner.
