I've been studying Real Estate for quite a while since 2004, talk about paralysis of analysis that has been me, but in 2009 I started my company and finally took action by jumping in head first but my lack of a buyerslist caused my first couple of deals to fail. I've since loaded up with a proper plan, team and strategy ready to take on the world......
Experience
I began learning real estate back in 2004, Started my company in 2009 and now I'm offically paying dues, taking action and making it happen.
I've waisted alot of time doing alot of unprofitable activities basically running blindly which as I look back has been a great learning experience because it has allowed me to take self inventory and approve my faulted areas
I've restructured my game plan and plan to wholesale atleat 10 properties before the end of the summer...
Real Estate Goals
Flip 30 properties by the end of the year starting from now that's approximately 3 properties a month and I believe that's very obtainable.
As I continue to accomplish my goals I also plan to help and inspire other real estate newbies to achieve their life long dreams of success.
Currently Seeking
Wholesale deals in the Eastern Jackson County Area.
