In my own words...

There is nothing more important to me than living a dream for my family and I. I know RE is not all glamorous, but it can provide a good source of income. Just by reading, listening and talking to successful and unsuccessful REIs, I have a feel for what the business is like. Of course, I can't have a firm grasp on it until I make my first deal and encounter all the pressures that come with RE. I love pressure, deadlines, and I welcome stress with open arms. I will keep moving forward to achieve my goals and know when to stop at something if I know I'm beat. Going through adversity and keeping in control is the only way to improve.

Real Estate Goals

Soaking my feet for a year, then jumping right in after I'm comfortable with the area I'm interested in. I must limit the amount of stress I have by taking every measure possible to eliminate problems before they happen. Also, I must rid myself of all the misconceptions about RE through education and trial/error.
