I am starting wholesaling houses for my first time here in San Antonio Tx. Sounds exciting and ready for the challange. My mentor is Eddie Case out of PA. I will update everyone when I get my first house under contract and how the process went. I have done alot of research for months so i'm not just throwing things together. My first step was to get my power team in place then build my buyers list.
