In my own words...

hi... i am in the real estate business for all of my professional career. i dropped out of college freshmen year and put a contract on a house with two credit cards using cash advances.....30 days later i was 50k richer and have never looked back.
so i apologize in advance if i ever need anything explained more than once. :)

Real Estate Experience

i started with mortgage originations, then to small flips, moved to short sales, then to big flips and now in this market mostly buying REO and NPN's.

Currently Seeking

nationwide packages of REO. usually in the 2-3 million dollar range. ive never bought a private package before but im always willing to pay commissions for the right contacts at the right institutions.
