I am Real Estate Investor focusing Student Rentals at The University of Akron in Ohio.
Experience
I began investing in student rentals my last year in college and have slowly continued to purchase 1 or 2 units per year. I have completely rehabbed all 12 of my units personally.
Real Estate Goals
I would like have 25 units within the next 5 years.
