In my own words...

I have been a mortgage broker for 15 years and I have recently developed an appetite for the note brokering business. At this stage in my career i have committed to expanding into various aspects of real estate including but not limited to brokering notes, property renovation and providing funding for acquisitions from single unit projects to large scale commercial development projects.
In the past I have owned a residential mortgage broker business, property management business and bought, renovated and sold several residential properties. I feel although i am a novice in note buying, my experience has prepared me for my anticipated success.
