Hi Everyone,

Im a retired contractor, turned real estate investor!

Well im not retired, but i dont ever want to go back to owning a construction company and working for myself.

Iv learned everything i know about construction from my dad and older bro, i went on my own and became a tile contractor at age 18 in tampa bay, florida. When everything went south in florida, i moved back to oregon and got married. I became a general contractor in oregon, washington and hawaii.

I realized that i need to find ways to make money without having to work so hard. I took a month off and started reading real estate books, forums, and anything else i can find.

The first real estate deal i made was a mobile home that i sold and hold the note for 48 months.

My goal is to have a casflow of $5000/mo within the next year.

2nd goal is to have financial freedom by age 30.

so, i got 4 years 8 months to make enough cashflow that will support me and my family till old age.

I also set a goal to be the first millionare in my family!!
