I'm a hair and fashion stylist for photo shoots, magazines and fashion shows. I've been a educator and spokesperson for various industry companies. I conduct workshops and seminars for other fashion professionals. I've also done stage performances for crowds of thousands. My work has been seen on TV, film, advertisements, national art exhibits and international fashion magazines.

I've made a really good living and had lots of fun doing it. Being a natural entrepreneur, I've tried many different business ventures on the side. I've been successful in most and got chewed up on others.

I decided to get into RE investing at one time. My very first deal, I didn't really know what I was doing but charged right in- like I normally do. I ended up getting involved with a 24 unit townhouse conversion. I got a bird-dog fee plus I ended up buying one of the units, paid 300$ down, got to pick out my colors of interior, carpets, kitchen, etc, walked out of closing with $2800 cash, lived first three months free, and picked up 30K instant equity.

I had my first kid, stuff happened, life changed, and I went on to open up my own high-end salon. After years of ownership, I got tired of baby-sitting employees. I totally downsized my business and was free to travel and come and go as I pleased.

I made millions of dollars (in stocks) during the dot-com boom and got hit pretty hard when the bubble burst.

I picked up the pieces and went back to the salon industry. Based on experiences of overcoming adversities, I went on to become a co-creator of an inspirational book endorsed by Mark Victor Hansen (Chicken Soup For The Soul).

I've been feeling antsy again lately and decided to look again into RE investing. I'm learning new strategies and how to apply them to today's market. I enjoy learning new things and am a fast learner.

Through my business I've developed a lot of great and diverse connections. I like networking, working as a team and I'm hoping to find people to network and do possible ventures with.

I enjoy all the good stuff I'm picking up from everyone on this awesome site and I'm ready to rock and roll.
