We've been investing since 2001 and more recently started a property management company--MPC Property Management--to offer other investors the same high level of service that we've been providing to our tenants and properties for years.

Experience

We've been investing in and managing real estate since 2001. Our experience includes negotiating short sales, rehabbing distressed properties, managing tenants and maintaining rental properties in a 4-county area, and now more recently--offering all of our services to other owners of investment properties through our company, MPC Property Management.

Real Estate Goals

We have always set a high standard for our properties, and have had great success in finding qualified tenants to occupy them. Our goal is to offer that same level of service to other owners, by making real estate investing, and being a "landlord", as hassle-free and profitable as possible.

Currently Seeking

We understand that real estate is an important investment. Serious investors rely on a professional property management company to handle the day-to-day operation and maintenance of their properties. We are currently looking to work with investors who don't want to be consumed in the details, and would rather be focused on the greater plan of growing and maximizing the profitability of their investment. Our years of experience in both real estate investment and property management give us a unique perspective that allows us to serve our clients with their best interest always at the forefront.
