Fix'n'Flips, Rentals, REO purchase, whole sale purchase, pre-foreclosure purchases, 3 L/Os, quite a few Mobiles for notes (Lonnies).

Real Estate Goals

Build some more working capitol and cashflow via mobiles. Purchase a Mobile Home Park and finance the mobiles within. Flip the occasional great deal for cash.
