Lebanon, Pennsylvania
We own five residential rental properties with a total of ten rental units. We just purchased a 2-unit and are rehabbing it to rent it out.
We are looking to purchase residential properties in Central Pennsylvania that will produce a strong positive cash flow from rental income.
We prefer multi-family properties (2+ units) but single-family residences are considered. We want properties in desirable locations within stable areas. We look for properties that are in slight to moderate distress.
Since May 2009, we have acquired four multi-unit properties and a single family property.
Our goal is to acquire $1,000,000 worth of residential, income property over the next 5 years. We expect this portfolio to yield a positive cash flow of $50,000 per year.
