In my own words...
I am a full time Realtor/Consultant that works only with accredited investors. Our focus is on Distressed Bulk Properties, and Notes.
No Daisy Chaining. We have direct sources with local and regional banks needing to sell and some hedge funds looking to buy.
We now have access to inventory from 4 different Regional Fla Banks and are direct to a trading platform for any kind of Notes
Most Recently we have formed a direct relationship with California Attorneys who are direct to Local banks. Smaller packages are coming out weekly, contact me to get your package for bidding....its really simple to be a buyer with us
As an Update to the Profile, we are in a very fluid market. The sources continue to change, but my strategy remains the same. I strive to stay direct to the sources, for as long as they have product.
One of our sayings is "We sell what is available....Today its apples, next week might be oranges...don't ask for apples next week, as they are probably gone..."

Bought , rehabbed and sold primarily for my own company until 2005
Now work as VP of Sales & Acquisitions for distressed properties, subdivisions and REO packages. We are direct with several banks on Fl properties. We are direct with several hard money lenders on Fl notes and Properties.
Currently very involved in new builder closeouts that have been taken back from the banks
